RULING
In the application by notice of motion expressed to have been filed under section 3A and 3B of the Appellate Jurisdiction Act and rules 4 and 44 of the Court of Appeal Rules 2010 the applicants seek the following orders; namely:-
“1. That this Honourable Court be pleased to grant leave to the applicants to amend the heading of the Notice of Appeal dated 28th April, 2010. 2. That if prayer 1 is granted the Amended Notice of Appeal annexed to this application be deemed to have been duly and properly filed and served.
3. That this Honourable Court be pleased to extend the time within which the applicant file (sic) the record of appeal lodged in the Honourable Court on 24th March, 2011.
4. That if prayer 3 above is granted the Record of Appeal filed on 24th March 2011 be deemed to have been duly and properly filed and served. 5. That the costs of this application be in the cause.”
