JUDGMENT

AGBEVEY, J.

The parties were married under the Marriage Ordinance (Cap 127) (1951  Rev.) on the 17th of January, 2004 at the International Central Gospel Church,  (Holy Ghost Temple, Frafraha). 

Both parties are Ghanaians resident in Ghana. There are two issues of the  marriage.  

Per the petition filed on the 9th of March 2016, the Petitioner is praying for the following reliefs: 

1. That the marriage between the parties celebrated on the 17th of January, 2004 be dissolved since same has broken down beyond reconciliation.

2. An order directed at the Respondent to provide accommodation for the Petitioner and their minor children.

3. An order directed at the Respondent to provide monthly maintenance for the children of the marriage. 

4. An order directed at Respondent to continue paying the school fees of the children of the marriage. 

5. An order directed at Respondent to pay a lump sum as financial assistance to Petitioner to help set her up in business to put her life back toge…
