JUDGMENT
On the 17th of December, 2013, the Plaintiff issued a writ of summons with an accompanying statement of claim for the following reliefs;
i) An order for recession of the agreement entered into by the parties on 4th July 2010.
ii) An order for the Defendant to pay to the 1st Plaintiff an amount of US$20,000 or its GHS equivalent which the 1st Plaintiff loaned to the Defendant represented by Kwabena Kwarteng Osei on 18th June 2010.
iii) An order for the Defendant to pay to the 2nd Plaintiff the sum of US$35,000 or its GHS equivalent that the Defendant received on 4th July 2010.
iv) An order for the Defendant to refund to the Plaintiffs an amount of US$5,000 or its GHS equivalent being loss incurred by Plaintiffs in the acquisition and the subsequent disposal of the Knelson Concentrator.
v) An order for the Defendant to refund to the Plaintiff a total sum of Gh₵ 131,000 being losses incurred in hiring of excavators and payment of Geologists.
