SANI ABUBAKAR AND ORS V. MAINSTREET BANK LTD AND ORS

INTRODUCTION

The Claimants commenced this suit by a complaint dated and filed on 19^th December, 2014 claiming the following reliefs:

1. An Order of this Honourable Court directing the Polaris Bank Ltd. to reopen the account of the 1^st and 2^nd Claimants, 1^st Claimant Account No: 1780130647, 2^nd Claimant Account No: 3015188331 which were frozen following the allegation level against them leading to their arraignment and prosecution before Chief Magistrate Court 3, Bauchi.

2.  An Order of this Honourable Court compelling the 1^st Defendant in this Suit to credit the 1^st Claimant Account 1780130647 with the sum of N721,657.83 debited in to his account without his consent on the 14^th August, 2014 and the 1^st Defendant to calculate and pay performance-based bonus of 2014 to date to pay the 1^st Claimant.

3.  An Order of this Honourable Court compelling the 1^st Defendant to pay the sum of N133,440.00 to the 1^st Claimant as leave allowance of 2014 yearly payment to date.
