TUKUR JCA: (Delivering the Lead Judgment): This is an appeal against the ruling of the Federal High Court, Lagos A Division, in suit No FHC/L/CS/1535/2013 delivered on 24 October 2014 by Honourable justice M. B. Idris in favour of the respondents. The material facts of the case culminating in this appeal are summarized thus: The appellant having obtained judgment against the 1st respondent in the High Court of Lagos State, in the case of Adebayo Lateef Sanni v. Unity Bank Plc with suit No. LD/303/ 2009, before Honourable Justice G. M.
