In its amended writ and statement of claim filed on 10th April 2014, the Plaintiff claimed against the Defendant the following reliefs:

A Declaration that there existed an agreement/contract between Defendant and Plaintiff to provide maintenance service in respect of the maintenance and servicing of Defendant’s electronic security systems from the 2nd day of January 2012 to the 21st of August 2012 or in the alternative a declaration that the Plaintiff provided maintenance services in respect of the maintenance and servicing of Defendant’s electronic systems from the 2nd day of January 2012 to the 31st day of August 2012 in respect of which service Plaintiff ought to be paid on a quantum meirut basis.

A declaration that the Defendant has breached the terms of the agreement/contract referred to in (a) above.
