Judgement

MOHAMMED AMBI-USI DANJUMA, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): The Application herein by its motion on Notice dated 17th November, 2016 and filed on 21/11/16 prays this Honourable Court for the following orders:

(i) An order of this Honourable Court extending the time within which the Appellant/Applicant may seek leave of this Honourable Court to appeal against the Ruling of the High Court of Justice, Ilesa, Osun State per Adegoke J. delivered in Suit No. HIL/58/2016: MRS. OWOSENI FLORENCE V. SEVEN-UP BOTTLING COMPANY PLC delivered on Wednesday 2nd day of November, 2016;

(ii) An order of this Honourable Court granting leave to the Appellant/Applicant to appeal against the Ruling in Suit No. HIL/58/2016: MRS. OWOSENI FLORENCE V. SEVEN-UP BOTTLING COMPANY PLC delivered on Wednesday 2nd day of November, 2016 per Adegoke J.;

(iii) An order of this Honourable Court extending the time within which to appeal against the said Ruling delivered by Adegoke J. In Suit No. Suit No. HIL/58/2016: MRS.…
