J U D G M E N T
By a writ of summons dated 31st October 2012, the plaintiff sought the following reliefs against the defendant:
i. An order for the recovery of (€11,475) or its equivalent in Ghana cedis being the costs of the four plots of land purchased from the defendant since December 2011.
ii. Plaintiff further claims interest thereof effective December 2011 to date of judgment.

The plaintiff by his statement of claim avers that he was introduced to the defendant by the manager of Prambeach Hotel. The defendant represented to the plaintiff that he had four plots of land for sale at a price of US$30,000. The plaintiff avers that he agreed to purchase the four plots of land and made an initial payment of €475 and a second payment of €16,000 after the defendant promised to give him the documents to the land within two months.
