STEPHEN JONAH ADAH, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This appeal is against the decision of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, in Suit No: FHC/HC/CR/64/2013, delivered on the 4th day of July, 2017, coram: Sylvanus C. Oriji, J. Wherein the trial Court convicted the appellant for the offences of conspiracy mischief and culpable homicide punishable with death.
The charge against the Appellant was dated and filed on the 14th day of November, 2013.
The three count charges under which the appellant together with his co-accused was arraigned, are reproduced hereunder as follows:
