Judgement

EBERECHI SUZZETTE NYESOM-WIKE, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Ruling): The instant application before us is dated the 5th day of November, 2024 and filed on the 11th day of November, 2024, wherein the 4th Respondent/Applicant in the said application sought for the following reliefs:

  1. AN ORDER of this Honourable Court granting the 4th Respondent/Applicant leave to adduce additional evidence in this appeal, to wit: the admission of a certifiedtrue copy of a letter from the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) (3rd Respondent) with file No. MISC 126820, dated 15th February, 2018 and addressed to the Appellant/Respondent, which letter withdrew the grant of Right of Occupancy issued on 13th October, 2014 to the Appellant/Respondent.

  2. AN ORDER of this Honourable Court admitting the said letter from the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) with file No. MISC 126820, dated 15th February,2018 and addressed to the Appellant/Respondent, attached herein as Exhibit "A", as an Ex…
