RULING
The applicants filed this application for stay of execution dated 11th March, 2019 and filed on the same date. The applicants are praying for the following orders:
AN ORDER for stay of execution of the Judgment and Orders of the Honourable court delivered on 15th day of February, 2019 in Suit No. NICN/YEN/05/2015 BETWEEN MR. OWEITEIGHA JOSEPH V. NIGERIAN NAVY and 1 OR, pending the hearing and determination of the Appeal against the said Judgment.
AND FOR SUCH FURTHER or other orders as this Honourable court may deem fit to make in the circumstances.
