TIJJANI ABUBAKAR, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal against the Ruling of the Lagos State High Court, sitting in the Ikeja Division delivered on the 16th day of September, 2015 by Lawal, J., in suit No: ID/1407LMW/15. The Appellant as claimant at the Lower Court sought for an interlocutory injunction against the Respondent as Defendant. The learned trial Judge of the Lower Court in a considered Ruling delivered on the 16th day of September, 2015 and contained at page 358 of the Records ordered early trial of the suit without granting the prayers of the applicant in the application for injunction.
The Appellant as claimant became nettled by the Ruling of the Lower Court and therefore filed Notice of appeal on the 22nd day of September, 2015 predicated on two grounds as contained at pages 359 - 362 of the records of appeal.
