JUDGMENT 

By a petition filed on the 24th day of February, 2017, the petitioner is praying the  court for the following reliefs:- 

i) That the marriage in fact celebrated between the parties be dissolved. 

ii) That the petitioner be granted custody of all the children of the marriage (Maame Akosua frempong, Nana Adwoa Antwiwaa Frempong, Frederick Frempong Jnr. and owura Antwi Frempong)  with the Respondent being given visiting rights. 

iii) That the Respondent be ordered to pay fifty percent (50%) of the maintenance cost as well as any other cost related to the children of  the marriage.

The Respondent filed an Answer in which he admitted all the material particulars  and prayed for the following reliefs:- 

a) The Respondent agrees that the marriage in fact celebrated between the parties be dissolved. 

b) The Petitioner be ordered to allow unrestrained access to the Respondent with respect to the children of the marriage.
