MOORE ASEIMO ABRAHAM ADUMEIN, J.S.C. (Delivering the Leading Ruling): By a motion on notice filed on 22/11/2024, the appellants/applicants are seeking the following reliefs:

1. “An order of this honourable court for extension of the time within which the appellants/applicants may seek leave to appeal to the Supreme Court on grounds of facts and/or mixed law and facts against the judgment of the Court of Appeal delivered by Hon. Justice Ignatius Igwe Agube, JCA; Hon. Justice Cordelia Ifeoma Jombo-Ofo, JCA and Hon. Justice Yargata Byenchit Nimpar, JCA dated 4th March, 2021 in Appeal No. CA/MKD/54/2016 between the Nigerian Air Force & 4 Ors. and Clement Terfa Chia & 7 Ors. as set out in the proposed notice of appeal attached as exhibit B.
