<p> </p><p> </p><h2 class="ql-align-center">JUDGMENT </h2><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>ADJEI, J.</strong></p><p>The Applicant herein was elected as the Second National Vice Chairman of the New Patriotic Party in 2014 at Tamale for a four year term. Other members of the party were elected to occupy other national offices of the party.
