IBRAHIM SHATA BDLIYA, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): By a Motion on Notice dated 16th and filed on the 26th of November, 2015, the appellant/applicant sought for the following Orders:

1. AN ORDER extending time to the Appellant/Applicant to appeal against the decision of Honourable Justice Saka Yusuf of High Court of Kano delivered on the 4th October, 2004.

2. AN ORDER extending time to the Appellant/Applicant to file her Notice of Appeal against the decision of Honourable Justice Saka Yusuf of the High Court of Justice of Kano State delivered on the 4th October, 2004.

3. AND for such further Order(s) as this Honourable Court may deem fit to make in the circumstances of this case.

The grounds on which the appellant/applicant relied on in seeking the orders are thus:

i. The decision of 4th October, 2004 delivered by Honourable Justice Sake Yusuf was a final decision of the High Court of Justice of Kano State sitting at first instance.
