Judgement

STEPHEN JONAH ADAH, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): This Motion was filed on 11/08/2022, by the applicant, Augustine Chukwu Umahi, the party seeking Leave to appeal as an interested party. The application is supported by an affidavit of 17 paragraphs with Exhibits A. B, C and D annexed. 

There is also a written address in support of the Motion. The applicant relied on all the processes filed and adopted in his written address. He urged the Court to allow the Motion. 

The Motion has five reliefs. The reliefs are listed as follows:
