STEPHEN JONAH ADAH, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): This is a Motion on Notice filed by the applicant Kulloma Umara, against the three respondents on record seeking six reliefs inclusive of the Omnibus relief. The reliefs and the grounds propping this application are couched as follows: 

1. An Order granting the applicant extension of time to apply for leave to appeal as a person interested, against the judgment of the Federal High Court, Damaturu, Yobe State, delivered on 26/10/2022 in Suit No. FHC/DM/CS/15/2022: Abdullahi Idris v. Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) coram Hon. Justice Fadima Murtala Aminu. 

2. An Order granting leave to the applicant to appeal as a person interested against the judgment of the Federal High Court, Damaturu, Yobe State, delivered on 26/10/2022 in Suit No. FHC/DM/CS/15/2022: Abdullahi Idris v.
