UNIBANK GHANA LTD V. ASONA GOLD MINING CO. LTD AND 2 OTHERS

The plaintiff per its writ of summons claims from the defendants

a. Recovery of GHC1,892,298.77 being the sum owed by the defendants to plaintiff as at 14^th October 2010

b. Interest on the said sum of GHC1,892,298.77 at the banks default rate of 35.95%

c. Alternatively an order for a judicial sale of the under listed properties mortgaged or charged in favour of the plaintiff

i. Legal mortgage over two storey uncompleted hotel situated on parcel no. 261 block 8 section 114 at La Bawaleshie, East Legon, Accra OMV of GHC800,000.00 and FSV of GHC515,000.00 belonging to 2^nd and 3^rd defendants

ii. Legal mortgage over two storey residential property situated at Ogbo, East Legon belonging to 2^nd and 3^rd defendant

d. Judicial sale of fixed and floating assets of the company

e. Enforce terms of the assignment over stocks and receivables f. Costs.
