ADEBUKUNOLA ADEOTI BANJOKO, JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgment): The 1st Respondent/Applicant brought this Application vide a Motion on Notice filed on the 19th day of March, 2024, seeking for the following Orders.

1) AN ORDER modifying the Judgement of the FCT High Court delivered on the 26th day of April, 2013 in Suit No: FCT/HC/CV/1039/2002 now registered as a Judgment of the Federal High Court as Suit No: FHC/ABJ/NRJ/19/2023 and is the Subject Matter of this Appeal, by awarding Statutory Interest at the rate of 10% per annum on the Judgment Sum of N33, 787, 896.69 (Thirty Three Million, Seven Hundred and Eighty-Seven Thousand, Eight Hundred and Ninety-Six Naira, Sixty-Nine Kobo), and on the Further Judgment Sum of $435,000.00 (Four Hundred and Thirty Five Thousand Dollars) awarded in the said Judgment from the date of the Delivery thereof (26th April, 2013) until both Judgment Sums are wholly paid to Judgment Creditor.
