ADEBUKUNOLA ADEOTI BANJOKO, JCA (DELIVERING THE LEADING JUDGEMENT): This Appeal is against the Ruling delivered by Honorable Justice BFM NYAKO of the Federal High Court, Abuja Division, Abuja, on the 2nd Day of February, 2024 in Suit No FHC/ABJ/CV/155/2024, contained dl Pages 102- 105, of the Record of Appeal filed on the 26th Day of February, 2024.

The Brief facts of the case that gave rise to this Appeal were that, the TS'Respondent/Judgment Creditor Company, had earlier secured Judgment before the Federal Capital Territory High Court on the 26th day of April 2013 against the Appellant-Judgment Debtor, in the Sum of ₦33, 787,896.69K, (Thirty-Three Million, Seven Hundred and Eighty-Seven Thousand, Eight Hundred and Ninety-Six Naira, and Sixty-Nine Kobo, and the Sum of $435,000 (Four Hundred and Thirty-Five Thousand), United States Dollars, respectively.
