JUDGMENT
AGBEVEY, J.
The parties herein were married on the 12th day of April, 1997 under the Marriage Ordinance (Cap 127) (1951 Rev.). The Petitioner filed this petition on the 11th day of June, 2014 against the Respondent for the following reliefs;
i. That the marriage be dissolved.
ii. That custody of the children is given to the Petitioner since as a mother she is in a better position to look after the children.
iii. That the Respondent be made to pay a reasonable sum monthly towards the maintenance of the children.
iv. That the Petitioner be declared the sole owner of the matrimonial home since the land was a gift to her by mother prior to the marriage and was built on family land.
v. And order for financial provision in favour of the Petitioner.
vi. That the Petitioner be granted any further reliefs that the honourable court may deem fit.
vii. Costs.
The Respondent filed an Answer in which he denied the material particulars.
