JUDGMENT
[1] This is a suit filed in the name of the Administrators of the Estate of Emmanuel Kwame Okanta Tetteh (deceased), as administrators, who according to the 1st Plaintiff have not taken any steps yet to distribute the estate even though the Letters of Administration (LA) was granted in 2005. The key issue raised in this suit is whether the Defendant has breached the terms of the Lease he acquired his interest in the subject matter property. It is noted that even though the suit was filed in the name of the two Plaintiffs, who are the wife and sister of the deceased, the 2nd Plaintiff testified after she was subpoenaed by the Defendant that she did not consent to be a Plaintiff in the suit. Parts of her testimony, were, in fact, contrary to the testimony of the 1st Plaintiff. The Court shall later speak to the contrary positions in this judgment.
