JUDGMENT
BERNASKO ESSAH (MRS.), J.
This is an interpleader action arising out of a claim to an unregistered Porshe Cayenne vehicle by one Fredrick Kwaku Nuamah and dispute by plaintiff/judgment/creditor. The said vehicle was seized by bailiffs from the 1st defendant judgment/debtor’s workshop or garage known as Craftman Enterprise, in execution of judgment obtained in default of defence entered against the 1st and 2nd defendant in the case of VOA versus Thompson Addo and Seth Kumi on the 24th of February 2014.
Notice of claim was filed by claimant on the 31st July 2014
Following the notice of claim, and the dispute to the claimants claim filed by the plaintiff judgment creditor, this court ordered that they file their affidavits of interest in the said vehicle.
