By their original Writ of Summons filed on 13th December, 2017, accompanied by a Statement of Claim, the Plaintiffs reliefs are substantially for the following:

a. USD 21, 600 being rent due in lieu of notice by the Defendant.

b. Recovery of possession of the property at Plot 6 Zoti Residential, Area,

Accra.

c. An order in the alternative, for the Defendants to compensate the Plaintiffs for the reasonable cost to restore the property to its original state.

d. An order directed at the Defendant to restore the property to its original state.

e. A perpetual injunction restraining the Defendant, his heirs, personal representatives, executors, agents, privies and assigns from the said property in dispute from interfering with the quite enjoyment of the property by the Plaintiff.

f. Cost including Solicitors fees.

g. interest on reliefs (a) and (c) at the prevailing commercial bank rate from 15th October, 2017, to the date of final payment.
