WISDOM KUKUBOR V. GERTRUDE KUKUBOR

JUDGMENT 

Per his petition the husband Petitioner prays that the marriage between himself and the  Respondent be dissolved and that he be granted custody of their four children. 

The Respondent on the other hand prays for the following reliefs: 

i. A dissolution of the marriage between the parties. 

ii. That the Respondent be granted full custody of all the children of the marriage while  granting the Petitioner monitored visiting rights to shield the children from exposure to harmful images which the Petitioner keeps on his phone. 

iii. That Petitioner provides Respondent and the children of the marriage with a decent  three bedroom accommodation.

iv. That the Petitioner provide maintenance in the form of school fees, transport to and  from school, feeding and snack, clothing and grooming expenses, medical and the  like. 

v. Equitable distribution of the property acquired during the marriage and situate at East  Legon. 

vi. A lump sum settlement to enable the respondent start up her business…
