1. AN ORDER of this Honourable Court for enlargement of lime within which to seek for Leave to Appeal out of lime, the Decision of High Court of Justice, Kogi State, Holden at Ajaokuta delivered on the 11th day of March, 2021.

2. AN ORDER of this Honourable Court granting Leave to Appeal against the Decision of the High Court of Justice, Kogi State, Holden at Ajaokuta delivered on the 11th day of March, 2021.

3. AN ORDER extending the time within which the 1st Defendant/Applicant can appeal and to file the Notice of Appeal against the Decision of the High Court of Justice of Kogi State, Holden at Ajaokuta delivered on the 11th day of March, 2021.
