Judgement

IBRAHIM SHATA BDLIYA, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): The applicant's application dated 24th and filed on the 27th of June, 2016 prayed the Court for the following orders:

(i). An order extending the time within which the Defendants/Applicants may apply for leave to appeal against the decision of the High Court of Justice of Kaduna State in suit between Registered Trustee of Independent Petroleum Marketers Association (IPMAN) and 22 Ors V. Mohammed Yola and 8 Ors No. KDH/KAD/275/2014 delivered by Hon. Justice D. H. Khobo on the 2nd June, 2016.

(ii). An Order granting leave to the Defendants/Applicants to appeal against the decision of the High Court of Justice of Kaduna State in Suit between Registered Trustee of Independent Petroleum Marketers Association (IPMAN) and 22 Ors v. Alh. Mohammed Yola and 8 Ors No.KDH/KAD/275/2014 delivered by Hon. Justice D. H. Khobo on the 2nd June, 2016.
