SAMUEL ADEMOLA BOLA, JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal against the judgment of the National and States House of Assembly Election Tribunal for Kaduna State Coram: Hon Justice H. H. Kenreng, Hon. Justice A. A. Maidawa and Hon. Justice O.  Oluboyede delivered on 9th September 2023 in petition No EPT/KD/HR/012/2023 wherein the Tribunal dismissed the petition. The Appellant being dissatisfied with the judgment of the Tribunal filed a Notice of Appeal on 25th September 2023. The Record of Appeal was compiled and transmitted to this court.
