AN ACT regarding State secrets and to provide for related matters.

1. Acts prejudicial to the Republic

(1)A person commits an offence who, for a purpose prejudicial to the safety or interests of the Republic,(a)approaches, inspects, passes over, or is in the neighbourhood of, or enters a prohibited place;(b)makes a sketch, plan, model or note that is calculated to be or might be or is intended to be directly or indirectly useful to a foreign power; or(c)obtains, collects, records, publishes or communicates to any other person a secret official code word, or password, or a secret official document or an information that is calculated to be or might be or is intended to be directly or indirectly useful to a foreign power.
