AN ACT to provide for the imposition of fees for the use of vehicles on roads to generate funds for the routine and periodic maintenance of the roads and to provide for related purposes.

1. Prohibition of Use of Motor Vehicle on Road Without Road Certificate

(1)No person shall-(a)drive or use; or(b)permit any other person to drive or use any motor vehicle on a road unless there is in force in respect of the motor vehicle a road use certificate provided for under this Act.
