AN ACT to amend the Securities Industry Law 1993 (PNDCL 333) to make fuller provisions for the operation and regulation of unit trust and mutual fund; to provide for the settlement of disputes arising under the Law; to revise penalties in the Law; to provide for consequential amendments arising from the Constitution and to provide for related purposes.BE IT ENACTED by Parliament as follows:

1. Section 1 of P.N.D.C.L. 333 amended
