AN ACT to regulate the financial management of the public sector; prescribe the responsibilities of persons entrusted with financial management in the government; ensure the effective and efficient management of state revenue, expenditure, assets, liabilities, resources of the government, the Consolidated Fund and other public funds and to provide for matters related to these.BE IT ENACTED by Parliament as follows:
