AN ACT to establish an Internal Audit Agency as a central agency to co-ordinate, facilitate, monitor and supervise internal audit activities within Ministries, Departments and Agencies and Metropolitan Municipal and District Assemblies in order to secure quality assurance of internal audit within these institutions of State; to provide for the Board of the Internal Audit Agency and to provide tor connected purposes.BE IT ENACTED by Parliament as follows:

1. Establishment of Internal Audit Agency
