AN ACT to repeal the National Reconstruction Levy Act, 2001 (Act 597).

1. Act 597 repealed

The National Reconstruction Levy Act, 2001 (Act 597) is repealed.

2. Commencement

This Act shall come into force on 1st January 2007.
