AN ACT to provide indemnity for acts in connection with the Government and for related matters.

1. Indemnity for acts in connection with the Government

A Court shall not entertain an action or take a decision or make an order or grant a remedy or relief in a proceeding instituted against
(a)the Republic; or
(b)the Armed Forces Revolutionary Council;
(c)any person acting under the authority of such Council on or after the commencement of this Decree; or
(d)any member of the Armed Forces or the Police Force; or
(e)any person acting under the authority of the Commander-in-Chief or the Inspector General of Police or in the course of his military or police duties on or af…
