AN ACT to provide for the control of public buildings used as accommodation and for related matters.

1. Allocated Government bungalows

Except in the special circumstances and subject to the conditions that the President may impose, a public officer who has obtained a loan from or arranged by the public officer’s employer for the construction of a residential accommodation under a housing loan scheme designed for public officers shall not, after the completion of the house in respect of which the loan was granted, be allocated a bungalow or an accommodation owned by the Government or the public officer’s other employer within the Public Services …
