AN ACT to prohibit certain companies from operating in Ghana and to provide for related matters.

1. Certain foreign companies prohibited from operating in Ghana

The companies or firms specified in Part One of the Schedule are hereby prohibited from engaging in a commercial or business activity with(a)a Ministry, Government department, an agency or organisation or a statutory Corporation, or(b)a local or foreign company or firm operating in Ghana.

2. Certain persons prohibited from carrying on business in Ghana

A person who holds office as a director in any of the companies or enterprises specified in Part Two of the Schedule is hereby prohibited from engaging in a business or commercial activities in Ghana.
