IN exercise of the powers conferred on the National Liberation Council by section 1 of the Statutory Corporations Act, 1964 (Act 232), this Instrument is made this 1st day of October, 1968.

1. Section 1 - L.I. 415 Amended.

The State Housing Corporation Instrument, 1965, (L.I. 415) is hereby amended as follows:

(a)in Part III

(i)by the deletion of the words “on the recommendation of the State Enterprises Secretariat and” appearing in paragraph 1;

(ii)by the deletion of the words “through State Enterprises Secretariat” appearing in paragraph 2;

(iii)by the substitution for the words “State Enterprises Secretariat” wherever they appear in sub-paragraphs (2), (3) and (4) of par…
