IN exercise of the powers conferred upon the Commissioner responsible for Information by sections 3 and 16 of the Cinematograph Act, 1961 (Act 76) (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") these Regulations are hereby made this 30th day of April, 1969.

Part I – Provisions Applicable to All Licensed Premises

1. Application of Part I of Regulations

Save as may be herein otherwise expressly provided this Part of these Regulations shall apply to all premises licensed under Part I of the Act (hereinafter referred to as "premises") other than premises to which Part III or Part IV of these Regulations applies.
