IN exercise of the powers conferred on the Commissioner responsible for Health by section 20 of the Private Hospitals and Maternity Homes Act, 1958(No. 9 of 1958) and after consultation with the Private Hospitals and Maternity Homes Board this Regulation is made this 21st day of August, 1969.

1. Third Schedule to L.N. 295 Replaced.

The Private Hospitals and Maternity Homes Regulations, 1959 (L.N. 295) are hereby amended by the substitution for the Third Schedule thereto of the following new Schedule: —
