IN exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister for Education by section 16 of the National Accreditation Board Law, 1993 (PNDCL 317) and on the recommendation of the Board these Regulations are made this 4th day of March, 2002.

Part I – ESTABLISHMENT OF TERTIARY INSTITUTION

1. Regulation 1 - Establishment of Tertiary Institution.

(1)A person may establish a tertiary institution subject to the provisions of these Regulations.
(2)A person who intends to establish a tertiary institution shall make an application to the National Accreditation Board.
