IN exercise of the power conferred on the Board of the Standards Authority by section 9 of the Standards Authority Act, 1973 (N.R.C.D. 173), these Rules are made this 8th day of July, 2019.Rule 8 of L.I. 662 amendedThe Ghana Standards (Certification Mark) Rules, 1970 (L.I. 662) is amended by the substitution for rule 8 of"(8) Any person who(a) contravenes the provisions of rule 1 of these Rules,(b) prevents an officer authorised by the Authority to inspect any premises or examine or take samples of any goods as required under rule 4 or fails to keep any record, return or other document which he is requested to keep under these Rules or, on being requested by such officer to furnish a record, return or other document, fails so to do within the period specifies …
