Part I – PRELIMINARY

1. Short title and application

(1)This Act may be cited as the Kenya Broadcasting Corporation Act.

2. Interpretation

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires—"artiste" means a person, not being an employee of the Corporation, who is invited or engaged to participate in the production and broadcasting of programmes or parts of programmes by sound or television for the Corporation;"Board" means the Board of Directors…
