1. These Regulations may be cited as the Dairy Industry (Election of Delegates) Regulations.2. In these Regulations, except where the context otherwise requires—“chairman” means the chairman of the meeting;“meeting” means a regional meeting of registered producers convened by the Board under section 21 of the Act.3. Delegates of registered producers shall be elected at regional meetings in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations.4. One delegate, and no more, shall be elected to represent each region.5.
