1. These Regulations may be cited as the Exchequer and Audit (Government Press Fund) Regulations, 1988 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 1st July, 1988.2. In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires—“financial year” means the period from the 1st July in any year to the 30th June in the immediately succeeding year (both days inclusive);“Fund” means the Government Press Fund established by the Treasury under section 32(1) (now deleted) of the Act;“officer administering the Fund” means the Accounting Officer responsible for the Vote under which the funds for the Government Printer are incorporated or any other person appointed by him in writing to admin…
