SCHEDULEWHEREAS the Seventh-day Adventist Church, the current sponsors of the University of Eastern Africa situated in the Republic of Kenya, wishes to establish an institution in the name of University of Eastern Africa, Baraton;AND WHEREAS the said University of Eastern Africa, Baraton, has applied to the Commission for Higher Education for the grant of a charter in the manner prescribed under the Universities Act;AND WHEREAS the Commission for Higher Education has visited and inspected the said institution, and is satisfied that the objects of the University of Eastern Africa, Baraton, are consistent with the advancement of university education in Kenya;AND WHEREAS the Commission for Higher Education is also satisfied that the Uā€¦
