1. These Regulations may be cited as the Export Processing Zones (Fees) Regulations, 1994, and shall come into operation on 1st January, 1995.2. Export Processing Zones enterprises shall pay the following licensing fees—Application fees (non-refundable).................................................................. Export Processing Zone developers and operators shall pay the following fees—Application fees (non-refundable)..................................................................
