Part I – PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS

1. Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Management and Coordination (Noise and Excessive Vibration Pollution) (Control) Regulations.

2. Interpretation

In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requiresβ€”"action plan" means a plan designed for the purpose of managing noise or excessive vibrations and their effects, including reduction of noise or excessive vibrations;"Authority" means the National Environment Management Authority established under Section 7 of the Act;"Commercial zone" means any place where goods and services are …
