IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 37 of the Anti-Counterfeit Act, 2008, the Minister for Industrialization makes the following Regulations:—

1. Citation.

These Regulations may be cited as the Anti-Counterfeit Regulations, 2010.

2. Interpretation

In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires—“Act” means the Anti-Counterfeit Act, 2008;
